BBTC has multiple Custom Calling Features.

Basic - $6.25/month
Available to residential customers only. Includes: Enhanced Call Waiting, Caller ID and Call Waiting on Caller ID.
Lifestyle - $10.25/month
Includes features number: 1, 5, 6, 7, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 listed below.
Executive - $15.25/month
Includes all the features listed below. Voicemail, a $9.95 value is included at no extra charge!

  1. Caller ID – Displays the telephone number of the person calling you.
  2. Anonymous Call Rejection – Available with Caller ID. Rejects a call if the caller has blocked their telephone number from being displayed.
  3. Caller ID Call Waiting - Lets you know who’s trying to reach you when you are on the phone with another call.
  4. Call Waiting – A tone alerts you to an incoming call when you are on the phone. Call Waiting allows you to answer it without losing the original call.
  5. Enhanced Call Waiting – Gives you the entire Call Waiting Package: Call Waiting, Call Waiting Cancel, Call Waiting Delayed Cancel and Call Waiting Tone Off.
  6. Call Forwarding – Lets you forward all incoming calls to another telephone number.
  7. Selective Call Forwarding – Only calls received from a group of up to 12 numbers you select will be forwarded to a number where you can be reached.
  8. Enhanced Call Forwarding – Gives you the entire Call Forwarding Package: Call Forwarding, Call Forwarding Busy, Call Forwarding No Answer, Call Forwarding Variable and Call Forwarding Variable Timed.
  9. Remote Call Forwarding - Provides a local ‘presence’ within the Co-op’s system for businesses outside the service area. Calls made to the ‘local’ number are forwarded to a predetermined number.
  10. Call Pickup Dialed – Allows an incoming call to be answered by any one of a defined group of different telephones.
  11. Call Restriction – Lets you restrict outgoing calls from your telephone. Can be disabled per call with a private code, and automatically reactivates when the call is completed.
  12. Distinctive Ringing – Calls from a list of up to 12 ‘special’ numbers will be announced with a distinctive ‘ring’. Also works with Call Waiting.
  13. Do Not Disturb – With this feature activated, all incoming calls will receive a busy signal without affecting your ability to call out. (If you have Voicemail, activating "Do Not Disturb" will direct all incoming call to your Voicemail.)
  14. Enhanced Call Privileges – This feature lets you create two different combinations of calling features for your phone, and then alternate back and forth between them.
  15. Automatic Recall – Your telephone will dial the number of the last incoming call, regardless of whether or not you answered it. If the line is busy, Automatic Recall will keep redialing, notifying you with a distinctive ring when the line is free.
  16. Automatic Call Back – This feature will continue dialing a busy number for you, then signal with a distinctive ring when the line is free.
  17. Selective Call Acceptance – Only those on your list will be able to call you. A telephone company recorded message tells others that your phone does not receive calls from their number. Your list can contain up to 12 numbers.
  18. Selective Call Rejection – Create a list of up to 12 numbers from whom you do NOT wish to receive calls. Incoming calls from those numbers will be intercepted and routed to a telephone company recorded message.
  19. Speed Calling 30 Code – A feature which lets you store up to 30 telephone numbers, then speed-dial them using an abbreviated code.
  20. Three-Way Calling – Talk to two people at once. A handy feature for planning trips, meetings or get-togethers with family or friends.
  21. Toll Restriction – Prevents long distance toll calls from being made with your phone. Does not hinder incoming calls. This featured cannot be toggled ‘on’ and ‘off’.
  22. Voice Mail – Allows you to set up a “mailbox” where callers can leave voice messages for you. Your messages can only be accessed by you, using a personal pass code. Retrieve your messages from any phone, including cell phones.
  23. Wakeup Call – Set your phone to ring at a designated time to wake you up. If the first call is not answered, your phone will ring again every 3 minutes. You can program your phone to re-ring up to a maximum of 10 times.
