  • Some things we would like you to know about our Fellowship: Foundational Statements: We believe that the Holy Bible is God's inerrant Word. We believe there is only One Triune God, One God, in Three Persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the One and Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary, and that He died and rose again and lives today.
  • We believe that all have sinned, but that all who repent and receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour are born again, and have eternal life. We believe that we are saved by His Grace, and that the works we do are in response to His love towards us, rather than the means for us to be saved.
  • We believe water baptism is an act of obedience not of salvation, and that it is symbolic of our dying to ourselves and being raised with Jesus.
  • We also believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and that all of His gifts are for today for the edification of His Church, the Body of believers, and for the accomplishing of His work today.

  • To enter into corporate worship and be trained up and grown up into the Image of Christ so that we may go out and spread the Good News that Jesus is coming again SOON, and that whoever calls upon His Name will be saved for all eternity.
  • To bring as many people as possible to an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and to help them to grow into the image of Christlikeness . That we will know God intimately and live according to His will. Our Desire is to do the Will of the Father, as we reflect His love in us.
  • Our fellowship is open to all believers and non-believers alike. We are not into debates and word games, but we love to pursue hard after God through worship in the preaching of His Word, teaching, music, dance, song, and prayer. Whoever you are, you are welcome to fellowship with us.
  • We have been called to come alongside Christian fellowships and ministries to encourage and to edify the Body of Christ. We also believe that the love and grace that Christ poured into us must overflow into the lives of those around us, both inside and outside the Body.

    Fellowship Note: This is for anyone who wishes to meet with us for the purpose of worshiping God, for spiritual growth and for mutual encouragement that includes Bible study and prayer. We are not looking for membership, so if you just want to pop in and visit, be encouraged or to encourage, please join us. You are more than welcome.

  • We will partner with other Christian Ministries for Special Events, we love unity in the Body of Christ as long as we hold to basic doctrine such as stated in the Apostles Creed.
  • Friday evenings at 7PM is Game Knight for youth, from five years on up. PressHere for link>
    Services:
    We Meet in the Double Wide Trailer with the White Cross. It is a Home Fellowship.
  • We meet 10AM Sunday Mornings and Thursday Evenings 7:00 PM for Life Group.
  • Dress warm, sometimes the trailer is a bit chilly. Some dress formally, others dress casually.
  • Our Ministry Goals:
  • To preach Jesus and His Good News of Salvation throughout Bristol Bay. To help build up the Body and pursue and encourage the Unity of the Body. To Prepare the Way of the Lord. "To Preach Good News to the Poor, To Heal the Broken Hearted, To Proclaim Freedom to the Captives and to Release the Prisoners from Darkness, To Proclaim the Year of the Lord's Favor and the Day of Vengeance of Our God ... " Isaiah 61:1,2
    Getting Involved in Leadership and Ministry Roles
    Ministry: To take part in our spiritual ministry, i.e., teachers, ministry staff, Game Knight youth leaders, etc. one must be in agreement of the following basic Biblical Truths:
  • There is only One God. There is no other God besides God, as declared in His Word.
  • Jesus Christ is the One and Only Begotten Son of God, Who was crucified and was raised again from death.
  • All have sinned and can only be saved into eternal life through Grace.
  • Leaders must be committed to daily devotion and study of the Word, have a healthy prayer life, and be in fellowship with the Body of Christ, and supportive of local Christian ministries. Leaders must be willing to submit to Biblical training and mentoring.
    Our ministries are relational: Our primary pursuit in Living Water Fellowship at the Shire is to have an intimate relationship with God, by allowing His Holy Spirit to transform us into the Image of His Beloved Son, Jesus Christ, and thereby shine His Light of Hope and Redemption in Bristol Bay, or whereever He may lead us.
    To love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and to love one another.


    Why Living Water Fellowship at the Shire.
  • We are passionate about God and about His children, both the lost as well as the found.
  • We agree with most Christian fellowships, churches etc. on basic doctrines and uphold their ministries and seek to pray and encourage all the Christian minsitries in the area.
  • We are a Charismatic fellowship, who love demonstrative worship (such as lifting hands, clapping , dancing, shouting or even kneeling in prayer on the floor) and are blessed with the gifts of the Spirit being used during our services and in our lives. We long for the presense of God in the worship time and intimacy with God and unity in Christ and to seek to live for Him fully by laying down our lives and to let the Spirit live in us for a pure and holy life.
  • The praise and prayer time is a personal time as well as a corporate time; it is not based on what others are doing but tuning into the Holy Spirit and being sensitive to what He is doing.
  • We want to abandon ourselves and press into God's presence, seeking His heart, His love, His Kingdom and His will. We desire unity and communion centered in Jesus Christ with spirit led, intimate worship with Jesus our Lord and hearing the heart of our Father.
  • We want to be changed and to be continuously growing into Christ's image, radical and passionate for the things that move the Father's heart.
  • We encourage daily Bible study and Biblical teaching as it helps us to know Him more.
  • We support other Christian ministries in ways that bring unity to the total Body of Christ and we concentrate upon the things that we have in common - mainly Jesus - and extend and ask for grace in the things in which we may differ. (Philippians 2:1-11)
  • We aim to bring more people into the Kingdom of Jesus by displaying His attributes and sharing the Gospel.
  • We want to Love God with all our heart and to love others as Jesus loves us; all the works that Jesus did on this earth, and much more - we want to do, as He promised in His Word.
  • We do not expect all believers to be like us and to worship in services like ours but we hope that all believers will grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • We are a praying fellowship and believe in the supernatural attributes of God and know God can do all things. If you need prayer, ask and we will pray for you. We believe in healing and in miracles and believe and know that through Christ all things are possible.
  • Please pray for us, as we are a work in progress, and we rely heavily on the Word, the Holy Spirit's guidance, and on the anointed counsel of trusted, mature Godly brothers and sisters in the Lord.
